There are 120 of staff working in production, maintenance, technical office, projects and laboratory departments in the mill.

The HR manager of the mill has the responsibility to lead the procedures of development and management of human resources. In doing so, the HR manger will organize, enable and improve efficiency of human resources in order to meet the cooperation goals. That being said, HR manager’s goals will be orchestrated apropos of other departments.

Different parts of this department include professional hygiene, safety, preserving environment, administration and staffing, education and development of human resources and public and welfare services. This department intends to accompany the staff members from the employment in this cooperation until after retirement to provide them the best possible conditions for working and living alongside other departments.

That is the case, HR department is seeking to acquire EFQM and utilize it in the cooperate as one of the main strategies.
